The college chapel was built in the beginning of the 20th century and was refurbished several times. The last changes of the interior design were made in the 70ies by a well known local artist. Today the chapel is not only used for holding the mass but for theatrical performance and celebration events as well. The college board wanted a contemporary interior design which responds to the multifunctionality of the space. The ceiling with the original design of the artist should be left. We developed a concept for the colour design, the materials, the furniture and the lighting in collaboration with the architects and the college board.
